This property is no doubt what I would call a sleeper! Meaning it doesn't look like much if you do a drive by, but once you break the property down and understand where it’s located, what it offers, and the huntability of it, you will quickly realize that if you want a great hunting property for a fraction of the price, this is a no brainer. For starters, I know this area well, and I know the deer that roam this area are in large part due to the successful cooperative of the adjoining landowners, mostly to the south. They have done a tremendous job of managing for a great age structure and their results have been proven year in and year out with several Boone and Crockett bucks taken over the years.
